The 7K4297-02 DFE module has two 10 Gbps Ethernet port slots on the front panel that cansupport up to two 10-Gbps XFP PHYs for high speed uplinks from the chassis DFE Ethernetswitch system. With two 10-Gbps PHYs installed in the 7K4297-02, a shared uplink of up to20 Gbps can be provided from the DFE switching system to two network edge connections from aMatrix E7, Matrix N7, Matrix N5, Matrix N3, or Matrix N1 chassis to a core data center.
