The Pharos Traveler 525e delivers connectivity, good performance and versatility. Powered by the Samsung SC3244X 300 MHz processor, 64 MB ROM and 128 MB SDRAM, the 525e comes equipped with Microsoft Windows Mobile 5.0 operating system and Windows Media Player 10.The color touch screen enabled handheld includes an integrated SD card slot for expansion, IR port and a headphone jack. The built in microphone and speaker ensure easy recording on the go. Integrated Wi-Fi (802.11b) and Bluetooth wireless technologies offer flexible connectivity options. You can sync your desktop Outlook with the 525e through Microsoft ActiveSync 4.0.The 525e hardware is capable of supporting GPS but does not contain navigation software and maps. In order to enable full GPS functionality, the user will need to purchase digitized maps such as the Ostia GPS package separately.
