On-Site Advanced Field Services Installation Schedule
Field Services from F5 are the on-site technical representatives for the installation and support of F5 products. Field Systems Engineers (FSE) provide pre-sales technical reviews, product installations and customer orientation and training. Field Customer Engineers (FCE) provide product installation and customer familiarization. These resources ensure that F5 products are fully functional and operational upon a completed installation. Upon receipt of the 'Pre Installation Checklist' from the customer, the FSE will review for accuracy and completeness. If the information is not sufficient, it will be the responsibility of the FSE to coordinate a reschedule of the installation with the Inside Sales Team. The F5-INST-FP-ADV-STD-2 is a FirePass installation service (2-day advanced, standard hours).
