The OmniView SMB Server Interface Module from Belkin extends the functionality of a KVM switch when used in conjunction with CAT5 or CAT6 cables. It allows users to control any USB server from a distance of up to 100 feet. One module is required with each server connected. This Interface Module also enables continuous server uptime using keep-alive intelligence as well as keyboard and mouse signal emulation. This module significantly reduces cable clutter behind the rack with its efficient design and is bundled with a 6-foot CAT5e patch cable.
