The ACR201-G Wireless Ethernet Bridge Station from OTC Wireless can convert your computer into an 802.11 wireless node instantly. It is an easy-to-use, compact, portable, high-speed 54 Mbps 802.11g wireless station radio which can be used to connect any device with an Ethernet 10/100Base-T port - whether it is a computer or a gaming console - to the network. One unit can be connected through a switch or a hub, to multiple computers or Ethernet devices via its 10/100Base-T interface. It can also be used in conjunction with an ASR102-G access point (sold separately) to wirelessly bridge two or more networks. Since the ACR201-G is operating system independent, it works equally well with systems running on Windows, Mac OS, UNIX or Linux. It supports WPA (Wi-Fi Protected Access)-TKIP (Temporal Key Integrity Protocol) and WPA-PSK (Pre-shared Key) on top of 64/128-bit WEP to provide optimum security for your network.
