6 Outlet Automatic Transfer Switch

The APC's Automatic Transfer Switch features two input cords, one for each AC line, which provide redundant power to connected equipment. This device is designed to supply power to the load from a primary AC line. If primary AC power becomes unavailable, the ATS will automatically begin sourcing power from a secondary AC line. The transfer time from one line to another is seamless to the connected equipment. It comes with an information display that indicates the status of the AC source powering the units, as well as indicates which source is set as the primary source and which source is currently supplying power to the load. The ATS is rack-mountable requiring only 1U of rack space, putting power where it is needed most - in the rack near the equipment.
